Return Timing: Please send your item back to us within a week of initiating a return. Items returned outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Required Documentation: Include the returns slip in your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not include this slip.

Processing Refunds
